XMB0465Z1-50100G Ultra Small Low Profile 1008 Balun 50Ω to 100Ω Balanced

The XMB0465Z1-50100G is an ultra-small (1008), low profile, broadband balanced to unbalanced transformer in an easy to use Xinger style manufacturing friendly surface mount package. The XMB0465Z1-50100G has an unbalanced port impedance of 50Ω and a 100Ω balanced port impedance, with class leading CMRR. Which is ideal for Converter applications in the following markets: Test and Measurement, Telecom and COTS Mil-Aero.

This transformer enables single ended signals to be applied to differential ports on RFSOC’s, ADC’s, DAC’s and integrated RF chipsets. The output ports have equal amplitude (-3dB) with 180 degree phase differential. All of the Xinger components are constructed from ceramic filled PTFE composites, which possess excellent electrical and mechanical stability. All parts have been subjected to rigorous Xinger qualification testing and units are 100% RF tested. Produced in an ENIG final finish.

XMC0102L3-03S VHF Hybrid Coupler 3 dB, 90°

The XMC0102L3-03S is a low profile, high performance 3dB hybrid coupler, with a high power rating of 250 Watts (AVG), with a peak to average power ratio of 12dB, in a new easy to use, Xinger style manufacturing friendly surface mount package. It is designed particularly for LMR and VHF applications in multiple end markets. The XMC0102L3-03S is designed particularly for power splitting and combining, where tightly controlled coupling and low insertion loss is required.

Parts have been subjected to rigorous Xinger qualification testing and they are manufactured using materials with coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) compatible with common substrates such as FR4, G-10, RF-35, RO4350 and polyimide. Available in 6 of 6 Immersion Tin RoHS compliant finish.

XMC4450E3-03G "C" Band Hybrid Coupler 3 dB, 90°

The XMC4450E3-03G is a low profile, high performance 3dB hybrid coupler, with a high power rating of 200 Watts (AVG) and peak to average ratio of 12dB, in a new easy to use, Xinger style manufacturing friendly surface mount package. It is designed particularly for 5G, LTE and C-Band applications in all end markets including telecom and COTS Mil-Aero. The XMC4450E3-03G is designed particularly for power splitting and combining, where tightly controlled coupling and low insertion loss is required.

C6N50Z4B DC - 13GHz Surface Mount RF Termination 6 Watts CW, 50Ω

The C6N50Z4B is high performance Aluminum Nitride (AlN) surface mount termination intended as a cost effective alternative to traditional termination resistors. The termination is well suited to all cellular frequency bands such as; 5G, LTE, ISM, & MIL-AERO Bands. The high CW power handling and Peak to Average rating of 12dB, makes the part ideal for terminating high power Xinger 90 degree couplers and directional couplers and for use in microstrip circuits. The termination is also RoHS compliant!
